C70600 – CuNi 90-10% – CuNi10Fe1Mn

Superior corrosion and biofouling resistance, ideal for reliable performance in seawater and marine heat transfer applications.

Copper nickel tubes (C70600), containing 10% nickel, offer outstanding resistance to impingement attack and are highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking (SCC). This makes them an excellent choice for marine condenser tube installations, particularly in environments with higher water velocities where traditional aluminum brass may not perform as well.

Due to their superior durability and corrosion resistance, C70600 tubes are often preferred in demanding marine applications, ensuring long-term reliability and efficient heat exchange.
